Seal Coating
We are pleased to provide you with a quality product, that has been especially formulated for our weather.
Tuffcoat Sealcoat is a special mineral based asphalt emulsion and selected mineral fillers and pigments intended for re-profiling of asphalt roads, parking lots, driveways and walkways. Our product dries from the bottom up, allowing water to escape and the other components to form a better bond.

Application:
First we clean area, If any cracks we clean out those and use a hot crack seal to fill the area. After the cracks are cleaned and filled Tuffcoat Sealcoat is applied to clean area in two coats the first coat is applied with a rubber-faced squeegee, specially designed for this type of work. This is allowed to dry, the second coat is applied with a spray to give it the final finished smooth look. Thus forming a tough wear resistant water proof surface which protects the asphalt in all areas applied. Drying time is between 4 to 6 hours depending on the temperature, and can be walked on at that time, but recommend if possible to stay off area for 12 hours. If any striping is needed we like to do that within 24 hours while it is still clean.
