    Seal Coating & Crack Seal

    Seal Coating is a way to protect and keep the asphalt looking new longer. It is recommended that you seal coat asphalt every 2 to 3 years. The product we use for seal coating is called Tuffcoat Seal Coat we put on 2 coats. First we clean area, If any cracks we clean out those and use a hot crack seal to fill the area. After the cracks are cleaned and filled we apply 2 coats of Tuffcoat Seal Coat, the first coat we apply with a squidgy,
    The second coat we spray on to make it have a finished look. After all is completed then we stripe the parking stalls.
