Northern Asphalt Paving is a full-service asphalt Paving, Grading, Crack Seal and Seal Coating company that has been serving residential and commercial customers in northern Utah since 1997. Northern Asphalt Paving specializes in asphalt paving of driveways, parking lots, roads and walking paths, as well as patching and repair work and custom projects. The company has a reputation for timely, efficient work and high-quality, long-lasting results.

Northern Asphalt Paving is owned and managed by Richard L. (Louie) Martinez, who has more than 22 years of experience in the construction industry and 16 years of experience in asphalt paving. Mr. Martinez is a hands-on owner who prides himself on providing accurate time and cost estimates, and is known for his fairness and honesty in dealing with clients--- many are repeat customers.

Northern Asphalt Paving is a minority-owned member of the Utah Small Business Administration. The company is eligible for Federal contracts as a member of the 8(a) program in the developmental stage and is registered with Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT)/ Utah Transit Authority (UTA) and airports.
